Mecon Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Mechanical) to join our engineering team. The role involves supporting senior engineers in design, analysis, and execution of mechanical systems and projects across diverse industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports under guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and cost estimation.
Support project execution, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
Knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material science.
Basic understanding of project management tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates may apply).
