Role Overview

Mecon Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Electrical) to support our electrical engineering projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers in design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, drafting, and implementation of electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, and documentation under supervision.

• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

• Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar software.

  • Knowledge of power systems, electrical machines, and control systems.

  • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation basics.

  • Understanding of electrical safety standards and codes (IEC, IS, etc.).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
